A slice of relaxation in central Ho Chi Minh - from the moment we entered the hotel we were looked after by the fantasti

Everything! Welcome drinks on arrival, The pool area, the staff, the rooms, breakfast and location. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff went above and beyond for us - thank you for making our time so special.

City center oasis

I really liked the location, the rooftop pool with the bar was just pituresque. I also appreciated the friendliness of the staff at the fron door. I felt very much at ease and taken care of. I would especially like to point out the bartender at the rooftop bar that really knows how to prepare delicious cocktails.

Things I did not appreciate was the lack of breakfast in the inital price, I think for the price I was paying they could have offered breakfast too. Also, waiting for the elevators was long and sometimes only one worked. In such a busy hotel there could be more than 2 elevators for the guests.

Great hotel in a fantastic central location!

The hotel is not only lovely but also situated in a fantastic location. The staff extended a warm and friendly welcome. The afternoon tea was superb, and the rooftop swimming pool and bar added to the overall greatness.

Although the bathroom in the small was somewhat small and outdated, but was still acceptable.

Loved everything about it.

We loved everything about this hotel. Roof top Pool and pool bar were fantastic. Had a very nice massage in the spa. The complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch.

Wonderful

The staff were fabulous and the hotel lovely. The complimentary afternoon tea was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Only a small gripe but one lift was closed off quite regularly so it sometimes took a while when waiting to get between floors.

Premium hotel worth spending extra for

There really isn't anything to dislike about this hotel – a classy, modern space with bags of boutique appeal, and a brilliant pool on the top floor. Unfortunately we didn't find the time to go for a swim, but we did use the gym which provides all the equipment needed for a decent workout. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom even had one of those high-tech Japanese toilets with all the buttons (brace yourself for a squirty surprise). The afternoon tea included with the room was a nice bonus, and the hotel is in walking distance of the War Remnants museum. I recommend the cafe on the corner for a morning pick-me-up!

Had a great stay. Very welcoming and comfortable. :)

The location is superb. The staff are all very kind and professional. I loved the rooftop bar/swimming pool, a little respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was great too. Good bed and everything you need is there.

some problems and a little bit poor services

The room is usually cleanness and enough amenity goods. I have always satisfied the room.

Although they have two elevators, one elevator was unavailable. So, I had to wait another one for long time until coming. That was very inconvenient. Also, restaurant service is required more good.

Friendly staff, good location!

Hotel is close to the Night Market, shops and many restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly, nice, they speak English well and always helpful. Many choices of food for breakfast.

Very badly stay at May hotel!

No at all

The last moment of checkout to badly , the receptionist a showing off alot. I was always looking for help from the receptionist she ask me to waiting with my all heavy things languages then I ask where do the security she said our security is Take guests to check in ,it mean the hotel just have one security?there only one little better is the security they are respectable friendly. " THE ROOM TO BADLY SMELLED, BATHROOM VERY LOWESTQUALITY, BLANKETED, FILLOW THEY DON'T WASH PROPERLY " . I was think I have a little time to shower because I was not at hotel all day, when I come back is 6pm there I told the receptionist I need renew the keys for taking my belongings even I had paid two and half days already, she kept I waiting with her angry face ,I till calmly standing after few minutes she asked me when you want to checkout ,i just smile, i was told her from begans i need key to take my belonging, she wasted my time, and she hurry up to not let I shower, the checkout is 6pm taking highly cost but treatsure uncomfortable.

Good location, good breakfast with reasonable price.

Room 708 you will hear the noise from outside BBQ restaurant until 3:00 AM. You can’t open the window due to the bad smell from outside. The shower head not easy to use for the child.

Great location but not 4 star

Good location. Lovely reception. Delicious breakfast. Very helpful staff.

This was advertised as 4 star on booking.com. It is only a 3 star as advertised on their front door. The rooms were not good. They needed redecorating. The bed was too hard, the bathroom had dirt between the tiles and the shower was poor and the bath taps were loose. There was nowhere to put our cases.

Good breakfast with a big selection.

Pool is public with swimming classes all the time. Bathtub didn't work (not tight + not at all enough water to fill it, only 30L of warm water). Hard bed. Construction site next door, noise in the morning. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in a smoke free room, coming from the hallways. Not at all modern rooms, all the focus is put into the entry.

Mold/fungus in curtains and under airco Very penetrant smell of smoke or mold, was unpleasant. We had booked non smoking rooms, but the smell and yellow colors of the equipment said enough. Rooms were outdated and bathtub had so many open sides that the water stood everywhere and smelled as well as it could not go through the drain. Major pile of dust and objects of previous guest behind headboard of the bed Hotel was really not modern WiFi worked only 50% of the time
